FAQ
Our MJVC proceedings will be published independently and are not part of any series or volume that has been indexed in Scopus. Therefore, the indexing is currently not yet available.
However, upon publication, Springer Nature, our collaborating publisher, will submit them for consideration to be indexed in Scopus.
It is expected that the proceedings will be published in 2025.
Generally speaking, each presenter is allowed one abstract, one registration, one presentation (oral/poster), and one paper.
You can still present your published data at the conference. However, for the paper submitted to the proceedings, it must be unpublished and original data. Addressing the published data/figure is possible by proper citation and cleared copyright with the publisher when necessary. Kindly note that each submission to the EquinOCS system will be subjected to an automatic plagiarism screening by Springer Nature.
Please refer to the Publication Ethics in the guidelines page.
