Conference monetary sponsorship funds will be allocated towards conference venue booking, program book printing, and overall conference management. Should there be surplus funds, these will be used to sponsor local students within Japan to travel to Tokyo for the conference. Additionally, any remaining sponsorship funds will be reserved for supporting future conferences, ensuring the continued success and growth of MJVC.
