Aims
  • Assist with travel costs for participants who may otherwise find it challenging to attend.
  • Encourage participation from students, early-career researchers, and professionals.
Who is eligible
Exclusive for Malaysian presenters travelling from Malaysia!
Criteria for selection
  1. Complete abstract submission (deadline: 25th July 2024)
  2. Complete registration, including the banquet (deadline: 31st July 2024)
  3. Commit to submit a quality full paper within the first paper submission period (5 July 2024 – 5 September 2024)
  4. Ensure that the data used is original and has not been published elsewhere. Any instances of plagiarism will result in rejection or invalidation of the application
  5. Oral/poster presentation at MJVC 2024 conference is mandatory
Grant amount
Return flight ticket to Tokyo, Japan (up to RM3,500)
