University of Tokyo Campus Tour**
*IMPORTANT: Due to the overwhelming number of participants and the limited capacity of the reserved venue for the opening at the Sanjō Conference Hall, the first 120 participants (on a first-come, first-served basis) will be guided to the Sanjō Conference Hall. Once the capacity has been reached, participants will be guided to Engineering Building no.3 / Room 320, 321, 322 to join through a hybrid manner. Click here to join the MJVC Opening Ceremony online.
[NEW] Registration for all participants will take place at the Engineering building 3 / 2F / 32講義室 (Room 32). After registration, participants will be guided to either Sanjo Conference Hall or Rooms 320, 321, or 322. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
On this day, the MSAJ career fair will also be held from 10:00-17:00.

For the morning session, refreshments will be provided to all participants. We encourage you to help yourself to refreshments or breaks as needed, but kindly request that you do so with consideration to ensure minimal disruption to the speakers on stage. Additionally, lunch and refreshments will be provided during the afternoon session. For afternoon refreshments, please proceed to the lounge area on 3F.
